We value authenticity. Reviews are posted only by customers who have actually had a purchase or experience. This is done through a

2. Independent processing

Kiyoh is an independent party. This means that reviews cannot be removed or modified just like that. Both positive as negative reviews will be published as long as they comply with our review guidelines.

3. Transparency and control

Every review is checked for language, content and authenticity. Suspicious or inappropriate reviews are reviewed manually. Companies are always given the opportunity to respond to reviews received via their dashboard .

How can I be sure that reviews are genuine?

Can customers edit or delete their review?

Yes. Only customers themselves can do this.

Companies can respond, but not edit reviews.

Our server automatically collects log file data delivered to us through your browser, including:

  • Type and version of your browser

  • Type and version of your operating system

  • The URL of the website through which you reached us

  • Search terms you used to find our website

  • Date and time of access to our website

  • Names of pages visited

  • Amount of data sent

This data is collected identity-protected, not linked to individuals or customers, and used for internal analysis and statistics.

Use of Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics with cookies to analyze site activity. The information generated by the cookie (including IP address) is transmitted to Google (USA) in pseudonymized form and stored on a server.

Data collection and processing through pseudonyms

  • After registration, data are kept in pseudonymized form, linked to an internal code that has no relation to personal information.

  • Used for personalized marketing and service improvement.

  • Profiles are constructed pseudonymously only.

  • You can object to profile building (see “Right of Withdrawal & Objection”).

  • No personal data is shared with third parties; all processing is done internally and only pseudonymously.

What personal data do we process from you and why?

  • When posting a review, name, city and email are processed (required).

  • IP addresses are used to prevent abuse (such as multiple reviews from one person) and deleted or anonymized after 3 months.

The interface between kiyoh and a Company

  • No personally identifiable information is shared from the company database; only an anonymous order transaction ID.

  • If Kiyoh sends the invitation emails, necessary data is used only for that purpose and deleted after legal deadline.

  • The company is responsible for GDPR compliance with respect to end users.

  • kiyoh is not liable for violations by companies.

  • Processed personal data is used solely for contractual, fraud prevention, storage, encryption and data processing purposes and not shared with unaffiliated third parties.

Cookies

  • We use cookies to recognize individual settings, store login information encrypted, and improve website functionality.

  • In your browser settings, you can refuse, delete, block cookies or set a request before they are placed.

Using your email address

    • Your email address will be used for registration and confirmation via email.

    • Only with your consent will we use it for newsletters or offers. You can withdraw this consent at any time (see “Right of Withdrawal & Objection”).

  • Company land use is allowed only with permission.

No fake reviews

  • Zero tolerance policy: false reviews will be removed immediately.

Unknown reviewers

  • Anonymity does not mean that the experience is not true – contacting for verification if necessary is possible.

Respectful interaction

  • E-mail is used for registration and confirmation.

  • Expect respectful responses on the platform, no harmful content.

Disputes

    • Klantenvertellen does not mediate disputes between companies and consumers.

Blasphemous content

    • Unjustly damaging content will be removed.
